Pana started her
designing and mixing colours in her father's handmade
shoe shop from an early age helping her father to create his own
quality designs during his 50 years as a handmade shoe and boot
maker. Cordwainers College in Mare Street London, one of only three such
colleges in the world, where Pana spent three years learning
her trade as a full time student, becoming a fully qualified shoe and handbag designer. These years laid the foundation for the
skills of pattern making and being able to produce with her own
hands, from designing through to manufacturing, quality shoes and handbags.
Pana took up
Patchwork as part of her natural desire to create and bring life
to her many ideas. The shop started from her back rooms at her home in
Limassol, where very quickly time and space became in short supply offering the
opportunity to open her first shop in Limassol in November 1999.
After two years of expanding the shop and its sales products, Pana
opened her second shop next door to the present one, making a
